Memberships
What are accumulated entries and how do they work?
As a member, the entries that you receive every month accumulate.
As an example, if you are signed up to the Elite Subscription, upon subscription you will receive 10 entries into all promotions that month. After your second payment you will have 20 entries into every promotion and then 30 entries into all promotions after the third payment and so on…
How is the membership payment made?
The membership payment will be automatically debited from your card every month.
Don’t worry we give you 24 hours’ notice prior so you can cancel anytime!
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time.
This can be done by sending us an email at info@getitau.com.au or through the member portal.
Please be careful before cancelling as your accumulated entries will be reset to ZERO and you will be removed from all upcoming promotions.

Weekly Drops
How does it work?
Being a member grants you access to all products shown online including access to the weekly drops!
How do you determine the retail price?
For items that were released in Australia, we charge the AUD retail price including standard shipping charges.
For Items that were released outside of Australia, GST is added to the retail price in AUD including standard shipping charges.
Are the items brand new?
All items are brand new in the original packaging.
Some items have been in storage for quite some time, if there are any flaws with your items please email us at info@getitau.com.au and we will send you a store credit or a full refund (whichever you prefer!)
How long do items take to arrive from time of order?
We ship items out via DHL/AusPost within Australia.
Once shipped, items will typically only take 1-3 business days (Express) or 2-15 business days (Standard) to arrive.
Are the items authentic?
All items are 100% authentic guaranteed and are provided with the Get It Australia Authentication Certificate.

Who can attend your events?
Everyone is welcome!
To attend our events, you are not required to be a member however, our Premium and Elite members enter for FREE and receive other special benefits!

How do I access the members discounts?
The member discounts from our affiliated partners are accessed through the members portal.
Once logged in you will see the My Deals button at the top right side of the website navigation bar (next to the Account button).
